Yeah that highlights video sums him up perfectly for me. His movement, speed, hunger to win the ball back, vision, ability to play in confined spaces & his strength. The weakness it did show too was he under hits a few passes most games too. But I'll put that down to his age & hopefully he eliminates that soon.Originally posted by Shaggy View PostClass performance. Hard to believe he's 21.Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

It's blatant when you mess up as you look where you intend to pass and scuff it and it goes in an opposite direction. If he was passing to Firmino then I'd have expected him to direct it more towards his run, aiming it where he did would have sent him to far wide.
He'd also have a good idea of Coutinhos position as he'd just received the ball from him.

the way he was pointing the figer and dictating the play and movement to his team mates at 1.45 on in the build up to the firmino goal.
showing some good beef in the tackle too
removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

Can did a great little skip as he ran over to celebrate that goal, he must've been made up with himself bless him

A good game yesterday but the motd analysis was interesting. ..
can sat sat quite deep and was then just a few.yards from the centre backs who kept passing to him when we were bringing the ball out from the back.
These ****ty five yard passes are a waste and it means that can is too far back, so we are then too lightweight in midfield.
Can should be ten to fifteen yards further forward, he is just taking the space that gerrard used to occupy, removing all the weak links makes us stronger

I think gullit was right to point out that he was dropping really deep (behind of one of the CBs at times) and that was to the detriment of out build up play but what he actually did with the ball was excellent.Last edited by Kenneth; 30-11-15, 01:49 PM.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years

He will have been asked to do that though by Klopp.Originally posted by Kenneth View PostI think gullit was right to point out that he was dropping really deep (behind of one of the CBs at times) and that was to the detriment of out build up play but what he actually did with the ball was excellent.
I thought it was good to see him get a chance at that role, a role he has only played at LFC a couple of times.
He's a good box to box midfielder but I think his future could be as a deep lying midfielder.Y.N.W.A!!!!!!

Yeah thought can was very good...
I kinda agreed with gullits point that can going forward is where we'd want to see him, but gullit failed to realise that can was clearly asked to do that job in place of Lucas.
The other issue being, especially without sakho playing, when the full backs push on the Bermuda Triangle of mignolet/skrtel/lovren anything can happen on none of which are comfortable with the ball at their feet or passing it 10/15 yards forward to feet, can was dropping back to take the ball off them
Still plenty for him it improve on and work towards but at his age he's showing great potential and with Klopp with defo have the right man to get the best from himLast edited by PTP; 30-11-15, 11:27 PM.i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do
