Look at it from his perspective, he has spent a lot of time on the bench over the last couple of years.

And now we have 8 midfielders all competing for 3 places so he knows he won't play every week.

Coutinho is first choice obviously otherwise he would have been sold. Hendo is captain and he's not getting dropped. Keita is obviously going to be a regular since we wanted him so bad. Now we have just spent £35m on the Ox and he's probably been assured of games so where does that leave Can......... I don't think he trusts Klopp to play him and I don't blame him for that

TBH I'm not losing any sleep, knowing we have Keita coming in and seeing us going after players like Lemar gives me great confidence in that our midfield will be OK. If he stays, great, but if he leaves I think he doesn't have enough confidence in him being our main man in midfield.
