His head went, same as everyone around him. Difficult when you're young to know how to switch out of that mindset, I guess... Said earlier, reminded me of early Stevie G performances - he's obviously very talented and has the skills, just needs to develop/grow into big nights and performances. Having better support around him would help with his development.Originally posted by Maxiedge View PostSuch a shame but I believe the occasion got to him. Still young.

huge season for Emre, and my prediction is he will define our season either way. I can see him being our ever present and given the deep lying middle role of the midfield 3. With 2 of Milner, Henderson, Grujic, Wijnaldum either side.
More of this please Emre.

The German midfielder went down midway through the second half of the Reds' 5-0 victory in the EFL Cup second round without any contact from an opposing player and was replaced by Kevin Stewart shortly afterwards.
Klopp explained to journalists following the contest at the Pirelli Stadium: “He had a little pain in his ankle without any touch - I couldn't see any contact. It was a long leg, then a little bit floppy and then he had pain.
“But it is not that serious. It's not that big [of a] pain anymore, but it's the ankle he had problems with at the end of last season, so he's a little bit worried.
“Hopefully it's nothing too serious because we know Jordan was having a bad match.”
Klopp also allayed fears Divock Origi had picked up an injury towards the end of the fixture, revealing the Belgium striker was suffering with cramp.Modifying post.
