Eejit's peaked a week too soon

He looked good in his little cameo yesterday. He keeps and moves the ball so well, we really don't have another player like him since Phil ****ed off.

Will be a great option to bring on with 25 to go protecting a 2 goal lead in the CL final.

        Modifying post.

          Klopp absolutely loves him too.

People were suggesting we would get rid (even before his last injury), but I think Klopp will give him every opportunity to get back into the side.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

I have been frustrated by his injuries, but having midfield option of Lallana, Ox, Keita, Hendo, Milner and Gini, plus maybe one more, is a fantastic selection really.
              * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

Lovely player to have in the team when you're dominating a game like that.

It's just fitness concerns really. Can he get back fit enough to play a full 90 minutes in our mental side?

No way I'd sell him anyway, we don't really need the money.

I think he can get back to 90 minute fitness and also help us control games - he is so neat and calm on the ball. None of our other players have that - they all want to be doing something dynamic.

I think he will be an important part of our squad next season - hopefully we can keep building depth.

He looks and plays much better with shorter hair.

That Joe Allen look really didn't work.
                    Oh I don't know.

Do we need him to do the full 90 mins, or at his age would he be happy to accept the bench role; 20-30 mins of football a week on the whole, the occasional start when others need a rest?

For me now is the best time to sell him, think we’d get in the region of £25\£30m for him now and give his minutes to someone else.

Let’s say we play the same formation then he plays as the advanced CM or covers the right wing. We have Fekir (hopefully) who will play CAM and cover the wings, we have Ox post injury and Woodburn one year older + Wilson. I’d be happy to sell him and invest it elsewhere tbh. He won’t be a starter and at 30 and £100k p/w we can do better with squad players.

vlad was so frustrating, very similar to lala.
of course all will be forgiven if he scores a winner in kiev.

every summer he never features in peoples starting 11, only to start the first game

as if Klopp is selling him when he fits so well, he'll get plenty of game time next season, look at our bench yesterday, no way we should be selling anyone

Aye......Klopp does like a bit of Lallana. Vice versa as well.

Klopp hugs are for other players. Lallana gets Klopp Superhugs.

That said I reckon we will see mig go along with possibly ings and the loaned out, (origi/markovic/sturridge/grujic)

Bring in a keeper, another cm as well as keita and an attacking option to help push and rotate the front three and we’d be in a much stronger position. Just need some look with injuries, we seem to have a fair few that are in/out far too often
