He had a good game again today, if he can play like that every week he could be a good player for us.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Could have made all the difference today but just does not do it when it really matters. Very disappointing because it was there for him today. Must be so frustrating for Suarez in particular.

You could say the same about a number of our players today

True, but all he had to do was square it though TBF!! So frustrating.

I can't believe people are saying he played well, thought he was poor. Didn't get passed Sagna, did his usual cross hitting opponents legs, had several shooting chances - fluffed them all, his corners couldn't get over the first man and missed the a key pass where he could've put Suarez through.

He did put in one very good cross in the second half, but apart from that he was ****. I think people are being far too lenient with him because he's been so horrible, whenever he shows anything people are keen to praise him, let's be honest that was nowhere near good enough.

He was as bad and as good as everyone else. He played brilliantly and linked up well with his team mates, but fluffed his lines at vital moments.

The problem is that I could have said those same lines about any of our players yesterday, and the same lines for many of our other games this season.

The only point to argue is whether or not the problems keep occuring because we're unlucky, or because the players just aren't quite good enough.
                Forwards.......

If it makes you feel better, I'd still like us to cut our losses. Just giving credit for some good work of his. Same with Carroll. Big reservations, but I'll give him credit for his last few performances (bar Cardiff).

I know he's not Liverpool standard and hasn't shown much to say he is.

We’ve been here before and it’s this mindset that I’ll never understand in a Liverpool supporter.

Remind me, you were a fan of Poulsen, right? Or was in Konchesky? Or both?
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Firstly i can't stand the guy as a player, i thought that was quite obvious as i don't exactly know him in person

Secondly, did you see my posts about Poulsen and The Konch!!? I gave both of them a chance like every other player that comes to the club, but they were absolutely abysmal, and that's being kind.

Clearly you got the wrong end of the stick red mate

Firstly, I can’t understand how any supporter can hate any player while he’s wearing the shirt, but that’s just a personal thing (I never warmed to Ince when he was here but I certainly had no ill feeling towards him). I assumed it was obviously because you don’t like him as a player which is why I wonder why it’s spilt over to such strong hatred when you were a staunch defender of even worse players IIRC (If I’m mixing you up with someone else then I do apologise )

                            no problem whatsoever mate.

I don't hate any liverpool player personally, never have. But i definitely hate seeing some in our starting line up or in a LFC jersey. Every game Stuart Downing starts for LFC, a small piece of my soul dies. He's started so many games for us this season, that i'm destined to go to a fiery pit when i finally croak it. Thanks Stuart

It's an entirely different mentality. Likewise when people cant spell our own players' names, it makes me wonder. But that's life i guess.
