Basically, any lawyer is qualified to do any sort of work. Just because I'm a personal injury lawyer doesnt mean I couldnt have a go at selling a house etc.

Our problem (i.e. Liverpool's - not my firm's. I am very much my firm's problem) is that we used a lawyer who appears to have been a ****wit. Obviously we havent seen actual transcripts of evidence but how half of Man Utd's...sorry... Evra's evidence was challenged oon grounds of relevancy or reliability is beyond me.
