Nope. In 12 months he will be 20

Technically he will eventually be counted as HG, for the 2025/26 season, just not in 12 months

It's Colwill who will count as HG from the start of the 2024/25 season.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Thatll only affect the champions league, or do both competitions allow complete freedom of use of u21s?

          Exciting!
          I don't think we've EVER played a 442. It definitely won't be that
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"

He’s saying 442 without the ball though as in Diaz dropping deep to help out the midfield 3. I’m sure that happens more than we realise.

clutching at straws a bit there old fruit

I'm not sure that constitutes a specific formation plan

Alisson coming out to kick the ball doesn't mean we've shifted to a 5-3-3 formation either

Not even mentioning new midfielders for the first time in eons.
I'm the same. Was devestated when football restarted last year as the previous season had been so exhausting and I knew we'd struggle after what happened. This season, even thought I expect more signings, even if there aren't, I can't help but get excited at the possibilities for next year and really expect us to do well. Think we'll score an sbsolute **** load and the defence will hinge on how well Virg plays, but I also expect City standards to drop, so we hopefully won't have to be at our very best anyway.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

That's exactly what I was saying. Teams having different shapes attacking and defending... didn't you know that?

I think formation becomes meaningless when we are defending because of the way we press depends on how the opposition is set up to a degree

But that’s the thing, no formation is rigid & just because we start with 433 doesn’t mean we have lines that can’t be crossed.

Some of the podcasters, at least here in Iceland, are writing Liverpool off a bit, I have a good feeling however and more excited than last summer really, I remember all that football and all those finals were a bit much I can only imagine how the players felt.

I'm actually really looking forward to the upcoming season. I think we've signed players that are already familiar with the way Klopp wants to move us to so I'm hoping they hit the ground running.

Yeah last season was definitely a let down getting so close to the quadruple and it got to players too, hopefully we bounce back this season

                                Midfielders:
                                Alexis - 24

                                Forwards:
                                Gakpo - 24
                                Nunez - 24
                                Jota - 26
                                Diaz - 26
                                Salah - 31
                                Doak - 18

Ideal scenario is getting a CB in as well, but if Caicedo goes through, I'm really liking the look of Liverpool FC Reloaded Swap Caicedo for Lavia and a top CB if it doesn't go through, we at least know we've got the money now.
