Rodgers don't. Then you can also add that both Pennant and Morrison left.

How much boss is Rodgers in the dressing room?

You may think that the CV bit isn't important but if you can show that your methods works by winning a lot or that you are succesful then you can get away with more.

Mourinho's CV gave him some extra time at Real. He talked about the players personal problems but he had won a lot so he could do that but in the end it was to much, he had talked to much about it.

Who is more important, the player(s) or the manager? Depends of course who the manager is and who he talks about.
    BOOOOOOOOOORING as ****.

I would not be surprised if BR allows him to go out on loan in January.

        He needs the experience.

Have you seen how piss poor our bench is currently?! We would weaken it by loaning Sterling out.

Really? It would give others like Ibe, Alberto and even Aspas more of a look in and tbf they could hardly do worse a the moment.

I think Sterling would be great at Swansea or Brighton for instance.

and it might move him out of the influence of people who seem to drag him into trouble. it could be good all round.

                  Why Brighton out of interest?

Don't think Sterling will go out on loan, he's getting game time almost every game.

Ibe needs to go out loan.

Sterling may go on loan in Jan if we get that left winger Rodgers wants I reckon.

My boss barely communicates with the people who work for him, let alone anyone else.
                          Oh I don't know.

A loan move for Sterling would be a great option. He's not good enough to get anywhere near our first 11 at moment and needs regular football. 5 mins here and there are useless for his development

Yup, his growth seems to be stalling at the moment. A new first-team left winger in and Sterling out on loan in Jan is ideal in terms of improving squad strength (and development).
