It's not all about the physical aspect of the game. Mentally, playing in front of 75k at the World Cup then week in week out playing in front of 45k reds and the expectancy from the England fans is going to take it's toll on a 19 year old. It's tremendous pressure

Probably already been said, but Sterling telling RH he was tired is a good thing. Its a sign that footballers are more aware of their bodies and the ability to get the most out of them. Were more educated now, but Bronto seems to be scared of that.
