Thanjk you.

He owes everything to Brendan ... he was just another kid with promise a couple of seasons ago and Brendan put a huge amount of faith in him and backed him the the hilt time in and time again, and he grew into a first team player quite fast, but initially it was a very ballsy move my Bdog to put him in the squad week in week out

To be fair, if he wasn't good then he'd not have got a look in. Could easily be argued that we've benefitted from a £40m player on the cheap for the last two seasons.
IMO its all about the money with hima and his agent. He only 'wants out' to scare us into paying 150k minimum. If we don't he'll expect at least that much from the next club.
For example he won't go to Bayern for 90k (because that's all they'll pay him, they're no mugs). The Qataris at City will sneeze up another sponsor and give him (and Aidy) what he wants.

IMO it isn't all about money for Sterling at least, it's all about his agent. It may be a naive view but I think Sterling is being played. He puts too much trust in Ward for advice and Ward has been manipulating him/the situation for months, telling him he could have more money, bigging him up, telling him (and the press) that the top clubs are interested and that he will be a regular there and win trophies, unsettling him by telling him he can have everything he wants and more if he moves. The main driving factor behind this is Ward and the fact that getting a move for Sterling nets him a good few million quid and establishes him and his new company.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
I'd love to sell this prick
I'd even take 35 mill from bayern
If he does go to English club it would be city for me - can't hate city as much as others for some reason.
City 40 mill then get him sold

I dont agree ... I think there are lots of young players who could have made the jump over the years but they never got a look in, he was in the right place at the right time with the right manager in place
I am over his bull**** already .... I will never forgive him for that ****ing interview
