The only thing that can be levelled at Rodgers by Sterling is playing him out of position when we played him wing back.....The audacity of the manager to dare play Sterling out of position has obviously affected him deeply.

Absolutely, a whole two or three times in an emergency out of almost a hundred games for us, easy to see why the poor wee mite was so traumatised.

I'm no fan of Rodgers but I agree with this, he's just trying to weasel out of the club and is using every trick in the book, although he's probably in the last few chapters by now. I can't see how Rodgers could have alienated him so much.
