He is ace. He is developing into an important cog in our midfield. He has the tools to be a world class midfielder. He just needs to realize it.

I have this random thought of Henderson having a Neo like moment in Matrix one day, realize he is a world class midfielder and then start dominating PL midfield from the next day.

He has the best goal celebration in our squad. He celebrates every goal like he has scored the winning goal in the world cup.

Always believed in the lad... it was like from day 1 he had to justify his price tag..which was so unwarranted for his young shoulders as he wasn't responsible for it (the price tag)...he is going to be that midfield engine box to box player to us..not quite the new Gerrard. .different but will never the less important starting player in the cm position along with lucas as the holding dm and when Stevie retires , the other next Stevie will take that cm role with hendo boxing it up and down. .who needs diame or the over rated tiote as posters have been suggesting this through out this season and last? Always maintained that hendo should get the game time to develop and look what it has yielded. .well done lad and long may it continue. ..

I wouldn't have sold him last season

I seem to remember some people here scoffing at the idea that he'd become a pivotal player for us.

Anyone feel like doing a name n shame? Could be interesting.

I for one have never slagged him off & believed he would come good but he's even surpassing my expectations at present.

Well Dan Perkins called him a Wimp. Which to many is actually a sign that he will be a good player.

TBF his body language and contributions up until 2012 were pretty wimpish, but he has grown a pair and showing an appetite to succeed. That in itself has to be acknowledged and admired.
