I'd have sacked Rodgers as soon as he hooked Gerrard so he could get a standing ovation - at a time we needed a goal. Crazy
    Forwards.......

"A comprehensive plan" to get us back on track?

The way this was put over suggests something more than just changes to playing staff?

Would love to hear something more soon on just what this plan entails.

Eh? I know you hate him, but wasn't he saying Rafa got hard done by comparatively?

Despite that, still got to a Europe league semi final. Be as far as we get in Europe for a while yet.

About that. A slow death.. Pathetic most can see it already. Still, FSG build the stand, get some more tv revenue and keep the hedge fund lads on board, codger says "yes sir" and we slog along til the big sale or roi in investment Speke.

I'm just not interested in anything he says, he is an absolute cunt of a human being.

I reckon Rodgers will do it. I'm predicting 4th for next season with Benteke making us all look like cunts with a 25 goal haul. Coutinho to win player of the season.

One of those predictions is notably less controversial than the others.

If we don't make 4th Coutinho won't be player of the season, that by itself isn't controversial, so guessing you must be backing Benteke

This, one of the stupidest decisions I have seen him make. The 1-6 result at Stoke overshadows it somewhat mind.

To be honest, I think he took Gerrard off as he was ineffectual (kinda like in the Stoke game) but to stay on side with Gerrard ha made a cock-and-bull excuse...the whole Gerrard sage has a feel to me of a manager not strong enough to oppose a living legend, and it seriously affected some of our performances as well.

If only Gerrard had settled for a Frank Lampard "Impact Sub" role, I feel the whole season could have been so much better. There comes a time when a player, no matter how brilliant, has to accept that he doesn't have the legs to be a midfield dynamo.

Fingers crossed this season will be better. Assuming Balo doesn't start, that is. Otherwise we're still playing 10v11.
