I would not complain if that was the case, I see Milner as being better going forward personally though.

He's going to become as divisive a manager as Rafa if he's not already. Can we get a BCDNW acronym on the go? Polarises opinions. Yada yada. It's a familiar debate when the trophy cabinet is empty.

Go for it Foggy, get your CV in - I'll put myself forward as potential Coach (part time)

theres a story saying that pascoe will be gone too but it doesnt make sense. Why would you remove part of the managers support structure. He knows all the training programme, the individual sessions and the aim of all those sessions.

If pascoe does go and they bring in another assistant manager rodgers can't succeed.

Really? Alex Ferguson changed his assistant every few years and it worked out well for him. I think there is something in that too. Fresh eyes, new ideas an opposing voice.

Things can get stagnant, and at the moment its not working. The pragmatic approach would be to change the structure around Rodgers if they think he is the guy.

I wouldn't be averse to an overhaul of the entire coaching structure and the persons involved. We certainly require some fresh ideas.

Well the way I look at it is this,

Playing Emre Can at RB, whilst having one on the bench, the whole wing back situation. 4 formations in some games.

If the coaching staff think this is a good idea, then **** me, the world is doomed.

Personally I see all our managers with the exception of Hodgson as one of us and as such they deserve some respect. Rodgers by all accounts works is bollox off day and night trying to get it right, barring that last horrorshow of a game he would have finished 5th, with no real recognisable striker and half the team being new and young ... if ****ing happens people ..

It was a bad season ... we now look forward to a good pre season and going again next year ... there were glimses of our previous form and attacking style last season people forget ... at one stage just before the united game .. Liverpool were literally the form team in Europe let alone England .. Rodgers was getting larged up in the press as Jesus with a smile and then we shat our pants ... players had a mineral check up and the results were they had none .. they all bottled it big time .. just like the bottled it the season before .. we need to go into the new season and compete with teams toe to toe again .. I think Rodgers can turn it around and I hope he does

If these rumours (Mike Marsh aside) are true , I'd hope it was Rodgers' idea to have a reshuffle and he's not shoved them under the proverbial bus to save his own skin.

I think it's a good idea to revamp the coaching setup. Rodgers needs people around him to keep on the ground, and maybe have an input into the defensive side of things.

he has worked with pascoe for a while. its not easy to rebuild that trust with another person.
