I couldnt give 2 shiney little lumps of poo what fans of other clubs think of our situation. Most of them are laughing about Milner too.Originally posted by sinbad View PostI'm more disappointed with the owners for letting this farce to continue into next season. Mancs and Bitters rejoicing at the news of him staying, says it all.

Mixed feelings on Marsh. I've always felt - with zero insight - that Marsh is an out-of-his-depth yes man, but now he's been let go I can't help but feel he's being made a bit of a scapegoat. On the other hand it's good to see we're making changes.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

It's a start.
We need to see real tangible changes, but it also depends on who they bring in. We could get away with the current set-up in a mid-table side looking to break into the European places, but for a club of our size, we need a blend of winners and wannabes. It's basic team building,

Brendan was probably asked to handover someone to fall on his sword............not gonna be his buddy Colin."I will make the boys feel your support"

It's basic team building,I've no idea what any of our staff do tbh, but you either back Rodgers or you sack him. I wouldn't be happy with staff being forced on him as it'd be pointless. He's worked with Pascoe for years and he's obviously happy with what he does.Originally posted by McDermotX View PostGlad I'm not the only one who thinks this

Marsh always looked a bit of a pointless hire, looked like the obligatory ex player hire who provided a branch between the manager and the clubs history. I think Rodgers had a rough season and he may have found out that Marsh couldnt do what was asked of him when the heat got turned up.Forwards.......

I think the last part is the most important.Originally posted by Shaggy View PostMixed feelings on Marsh. I have literally **** all idea what any specific coach does. People were saying that Sammy Lee was just putting out cones at the end of his time with us but once he left a lot of things seemed to change. I find it quite comical how people have quite detailed opinions on someones skills seemingly based on a combination of sartorial choices and clipboard holding technique.
It has looked for a while like we have not had the right balance of ideas behind the scenes and if Rodgers is willing and able to identify the person or people we need to change that then it is a big move in the right direction."The man who never alters his opinion is like standing water, and breeds reptiles of the mind."
