Personally, I can take 5th place, that's not a problem for a squad costing what ours has.

The problem I have is, as has already been mentioned, our performances in the crunch games. Our last 10 games, winning 2, losing 5 drawing 3. Then of course conceding 9 goals in the last 2 against mid table sides, losing 12 games this season. 12. Thats bloody atrocious.

So basically the Telegraph are reporting that essentially nothing at is going to change after that ****fest of a season and we are signing Ings and Milner..... Mid table here we come.

Maybe Rodgers is fsg's man but from a business perspective, were about to bring in 2 freebies in James Milner and Danny Ings. Rodgers may have had an important role in that especially the Milner signing who wanted assurances of position he would play.

That's probably at least £30m of talent as free transfers (excluding their sign on fees). Fsg wouldn't put that in jeopardy so they could wait until those two have signed which would be in a week or so.

Then he could be sacked.

Seems I'm not the only one now. To be honest I vented my frustrations a couple of weeks ago on here. The only thing I can do now is laugh at the whole situation.
