I don't buy this 'agenda' rubbish, to have an agenda insinuates that there's an collaborative attempt to oust him - who's doing that? It certainly isn't the media, nor anyone seemingly at the club. Yes, he's lost most of the fans but we rare speak as a collectively.

Any bad press Rodgers is getting is purely down to the piss-poor results and abysmal performances his Liverpool team consistency put in. There's no agenda.

Oliver Holt did a rimming job on Rodgers the other day just before the Norwich game. There's no media pressure on him. The only hint was in the pre-match Norwich presser, where one of the journalists asked him about playing two strikers, because that's what the fans want to see, and he was quite taken aback.

Given that Motson followed that gem up with 'people who aren't born in England aren't as durable as those who are' I'm not sure any credibility can be given to his views at all. He's just a mad old cunt.
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

Sakho signing his new contract is a weird one. He knows like everyone else that Rodgers has tried his best not to play him and he even paid more money for a vastly inferior player in Lovren to take his place. He has given Lovren every chance to prove himself whereas sakho as been treated poorly and there was talk about him leaving.

All of a sudden he signs a new contract - no doubt there's a release clause in there but why would he do that. Has he been told something that about the manager or was the manager told to play him (doubtful).

Sakho has been treated like **** by Rodgers but he still signed a new deal. Why would he do that ?

I don't think that's fair at all. Sakho had a run in the side last year but got injured and Lovren did OK in his place. It doesn't make sense for him to sign a contract knowing that the manager treats him like ****, so why would you imply this is the case?

Because he has been badly treated by Rodgers. Really badly.

It's possible that there's a bit more to it and that there were reasons for Sakho not being in the team initially this season, and that he accepts them.

There's been a few stories of injuries/personal issues being the reason Lovren was playing ahead of him after James Pearce had insisted that Sakho was going to be first choice this season.
