Not leaving the best of legacies at Napoli. Out of the cup, out of the run for CL places - or well 8 points in 9 games and a markedly worse goal difference could theoretically happen but very unlikely. As well as overtaking 3 teams in the proces. Only EL left to get something out of, and that's going to be a though run in as well facing Wolfsburg.
Hopfully he can turn it around a bit and at least qualify for EL next season. Only positive to come from this (looking at it from our perspective) is that Higuain and Callejon could be possible targets
Inler could be another good option from their squad to strengthen CM.
