I think moves like this will become more the norm over the next 5 years; the agents have cottoned on the the free transfer gravy train and the players are happy to accept the huge incentives out there when they run their contracts down.

I'm not that fussed about Can, but that is mainly about Keita coming in the summer tbh, Can will be a good player and it's a shame he wants to go. The 100k contract Dejan got is probably not making these negotiations any easier though.
