I'm not sure that's how the relationship works. Selection isn't a reward for good behaviour, it is for the benefit of the team on the pitch. I would imagine that there are two factors that lead to his inclusion today, the first being that slot didn't want Bradley to play 90 mins, and the second being that Trent was more likely to help us get a result that the alternatives on the bench.Last edited by Kenneth; 11-05-25, 11:22 PM.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years

Everyone is entitled to their opinion but when you're in the stadium you should either support the team or shut up imo.
It's the kind of small time behaviour we'd laugh at if it was a rival team. We should be above that.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I'm pretty sure most of the boos were just in response to him deciding to leave and the way he did it. They bood some but later people clapped him on. So it was more letting him know we arent happy and actually being able to get that chance unlike the rest who left on the last day without saying anything. I doubt there will be boos in the next couple games. Getting it out of the system so to speak. Otherwise they would have bood him straight to the end.

Trent shouldn't even be in the squad imo. I'd prefer some young fella to get experience rather than Trent. Because that is better for lfc.

This. Simple, this is rare because players don't do this, it's a **** thing to do.Originally posted by Norbs View PostTrent has weakened us in the transfer market by limiting the amount we have to spend to replace him. He's a snake* The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

How long has trent been flashing balls to Madrid, at least a year, and almost certainly more.
If he'd have signed an extension a couple of years ago then maybe Madrid wouldn't have been willing to pay a transfer fee.
He's chose this path, following madrids instructions to get them a bargain and ensure he got what he wanted.
That's up to him, but a bit sly on the "club he loves" so whatever comes his way is all down to him.
Great to hear the crowd sing for Connor, but booing trent isn't needed.removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

I think people also forget that we are a truly global brand and fight on a European wide front. He's signed for a rival, it's not like he's gone to America or rhe Middle East
What he's done is worse than had he signed for Man Utd, seeing that they pose no immediate challenge to anything we're contesting

The booing was small time. It was much better to sing One Conor Bradley as loud as you can - same impact in terms of letting him know how we feel now.
We are here for a good time not a long time....

Felt it was so classless...

Absolutely, we seem to match up with Real regularly now and there is definite European rivalry, he made a selfish, dick move that benefits Real directly and weakens our position, he can face the consequences tbh.Originally posted by Norbs View Post

Possibly, it was a very strange atmosphere that day.
