The FA using the criminal case as an excuse for not dealing with Terry is obvious

I have not spoken to a red or blue who thinks that the FA will not use that as an excuse for letting him off

Frankly I'd be far more surprised if the FA actually dealt with Terry post court case

It makes sense that The FA wait for the Terry criminal case to conclude. But it'll be interesting if Terry wins his case, The FA will be in a difficult situation.

Do they pursue Terry through their process with a lower burden of proof or do they let it go? If they pursue it they risk appearing to be above the judicial system, if they don't they will be seen to be massively inconsistent.

I'll reserve judgement on Evra, till i find out what exactly he said to Suarez, if he's made a similar insult, and has then gone and reported Suarez it's a bloody disgrace.
