The ball is in his court now.

Toure has been superb so far this season and Skrtel has always been a bit flakey, but now is his time to force his way back into the team. Albeit in **** circumstances.

He often does well when returning to the side... Fingers crossed.

I just hope he's mentally up for it and is committed to the cause. A journalist told me a couple of weeks ago that he's been fit all along and that he and Rodgers are not talking. Not sure whether him being left out is down to that or just protecting his value in terms of his sale.

Or maybe he really is injured
Wouldn't be surprised if this is true. Suddenly when we really need him then he is fit again and just before the end of the window.

Probably happen at every club that players get frozen out so it is really nothing special about it.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

Depends on the reason(s) to why players get frozen out. Maybe it is his own fault and maybe he deserves it.

If it is the manager that is to blame if players get frozen out then it usually end up with the manager being sacked because he lost the dressing room.

IF Skrtel is being frozen out then it is his own fault IMO.

It's a complex world all right.

So let's just look at what happens when complex issues are reduced to simplicities like "maybe he deserves it".

"He deserves it" involves making a judgment. That judgment is necessarily made from afar. Other people - for instance the player himself or, more significantly for your comment yesterday, potential signings - may see it differently, and may think the player in question doesn't "deserve it". So what is black and white isn't necessarily black and white to someone else.

We all know this of course. But this complexity gets lost when hard-and-fast judgments (i.e. guesses) are asserted with certainty despite being based on inadequate information about the specifics and inadequate experience for contextualising it.

                      In short, Arnish

Every manager and player need to learn it. I'm the only one that can learn them so I will earn millions

Arn, it's rarely how you say things, it's much more what you're saying.

That rather assumes that a/ there is a black and white guilt/no guilt allocation possible and b/ our entire squad shares a brain (or at least point of view).
