I have no problem with him speaking to Carroll in private (if that behavior created problems in his squad) but instead of publicly bashing him, he could have had a word with Kenny and gave him chance to deal with that matter (like he left Wilshire to Wenger).

This way he came across as totally incompetent, didnt' resolve anything and showed a great deal of disrespect to our manager.
